Booking, payment, the courts and coaching — the questions we are asked most.
What is the difference between Basic and VIP membership?
Basic membership is free. You can see and book courts up to one week ahead, at standard rates. VIP members can see and book up to one month ahead at discounted rates. During the soft opening, VIP membership is NT$2,000 for the year.
When does my VIP membership year start?
Membership runs for one year, and the year does not begin until the soft opening ends and we are fully open.
What do you charge?
There are three time bands: off-peak is 06:00–16:00, peak is 16:00–23:00, and unstaffed overnight is 23:00–06:00. During the soft opening everyone is charged the VIP rate.
Basic member: 1600 / 1400 / 1100 (peak / off-peak / overnight)
VIP member: 1400 / 1200 / 990 (peak / off-peak / overnight)
How do I pay once I have booked?
Your booking is only secured once payment is received, and payment must be made within four hours. After that the slot is released. During the soft opening there are two ways to pay:
[A] Taiwan Pay: open your Taiwan Pay app and scan the QR code you are given.
[B] Bank transfer:

Once you have transferred, please reply to our LINE official account with your booking reference or the last 5 digits of the transfer, so we can match the payment quickly. Thank you!
I have already paid — why was my booking cancelled?
If payment does not arrive within four hours of booking, the system cancels the booking automatically. And if you transfer without telling us, we have no way of knowing where the money came from — so please always send your transfer details to our LINE official account, so we can confirm receipt and secure your court.
Can I extend my session on the spot?
Once the hour has already passed, time cannot be added on the spot. Please decide a little earlier next time — thank you!
Why did the lights go out before we had left?
The system cuts power the moment your booked time ends, so please keep an eye on the clock and leave yourself time to pack up. Otherwise you may be caught in the dark or in a rush, and leave something behind.
Is there a limit on how many people can come?
Not during the soft opening.
What is the difference between Courts 1, 2, 3 and 4?
Court 1 is set up for coaching: one side is a little shorter, but it has a ball cart, and a ball machine will be available there later. Courts 2, 3 and 4 are all full size. There is a short introduction at the link below.

Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you receive a full refund. Cancel between 4 and 24 hours before and you receive 50%. Cancel within 4 hours of the start, or do not turn up, and no refund is given. Thank you for understanding.
Can you issue an invoice with our company tax ID?
Yes. Please send us the invoice title, tax ID (統一編號), company address and recipient details. Thank you.
Where are you?
Navigate to the building: 3F, No. 38, Lane 141, Xing'ai Road, Neihu District, Taipei.
Is there parking in the basement?
Yes, there is parking in the basement at NT$40 per hour. There is also street parking nearby, which is free on Sundays.
Can I eat and drink on court?
Only water and sports drinks are allowed on court. Please keep all other drinks and any food in the public area outside, and put your rubbish in the large bin in the pantry. Thank you.
Is there drinking water?
There is a water dispenser in the pantry, free to use.
Can I bring alcohol?
Only water and sports drinks are allowed on court, so all other food and drink — alcohol included — must be consumed in the public area outside. This is a commercial building and its refuse collection does not take glass bottles, so please take any glass bottles away with you rather than leaving them in the bin. Thank you for your cooperation!
Is there a first aid kit?
There is a first aid kit in the pantry, free to use if you need it. Please take care of yourselves.
I do not want to book a whole court — can I join Open Play?
Yes. Join our LINE group, where sessions are posted as they come up.

Yes. We have several resident coaches, and we can also match you with qualified outside coaches. Tell us what you are looking for.
Do you run group classes?
Yes. Our resident coaches run group classes from time to time — ask our LINE official account for details.
Can I bring my own coach?
Yes, during the soft opening.
Can I borrow a paddle and balls?
During the soft opening every court has demo paddles and practice balls you are welcome to use. Please put them back where you found them when you have finished. Thank you.
Do you sell paddles?
Yes. We work with Triple Ace and sell beginner, intermediate and advanced paddles. Message our LINE official account to ask.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, as long as they are not put down on the floor.
